The Ultimate California Moto Getaway Giveaway

1. Eligibility

Age Requirement: Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid motorcycle license/endorsement.

Geographic Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to legal residents worldwide.

Crucial Flight Condition: While international residents and residents of Hawaii and Alaska are eligible to enter and win, the Sponsors will only cover the cost of a domestic economy flight from a major airport within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) to Los Angeles (LAX). Winners residing outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations, are solely responsible for arranging and financing their own transit to a contiguous United States airport from which the domestic flight will depart.

2. Sponsor and Co-Promoter

This Giveaway is co-sponsored and promoted by 2LaneLife and Law Tigers (collectively, the "Sponsors"). By entering, you acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google.

3. Timeline and Milestone Requirement

The Draw Condition: Entry into the Giveaway is open until the 2LaneLife YouTube channel reaches 100,000 subscribers.

The official drawing will not take place, and no winner will be selected, until this 100,000-subscriber milestone is achieved.

4. How to Enter

To successfully enter the Giveaway, a participant must:

• Complete the official entry form provided on the landing page.
• Be an active, verifiable subscriber to the @2LaneLife YouTube channel at the exact time the milestone is reached and the drawing occurs.
• Provide a valid YouTube handle so the Sponsors can verify the subscription requirement.

The winner must remain subscribed to the @2LaneLife YouTube channel through winner verification. If a potential winner's active subscription cannot be verified, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive "The Ultimate California Moto Getaway" package, consisting of:

• Roundtrip domestic economy airfare to Los Angeles (LAX) from the winner's nearest contiguous United States airport;
• A three (3) day motorcycle rental, subject to rental agency terms, age restrictions, and insurance requirements;
• Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights);
• A two (2) day guided riding experience with the 2LaneLife team on iconic California roads;
• A designated gas card for trip expenses.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000.

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

6. Taxes and IRS Form 1099

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

If required by United States internal revenue laws, the winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the approximate retail value of the prize in the calendar year the prize is awarded.

7. Data Sharing and Privacy

By entering this Giveaway, you explicitly consent and agree that the personal information collected on the entry form, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, postal code, and YouTube handle, will be shared between 2LaneLife and Law Tigers.

Both parties may use this shared information for future marketing, promotional communications, newsletters, and advertising purposes in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You may opt out of these communications at any time after the Giveaway.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries once the 100,000-subscriber milestone is met.

The potential winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to verify their active YouTube subscription to 2LaneLife, or fails to sign and return a required Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn.

9. General Conditions and Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless 2LaneLife, Law Tigers, YouTube, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies from any and all injuries, liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including any travel or motorcycle riding activities related thereto.

10. Official Rules and Winner Information Request

To request a copy of these Official Rules or the winner's name after the drawing has been completed, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
